Can I be notified once a canvas is restocked?

Yes! Sign up for email notifications on the product pages of the sold-out item and you'll be among the first to know when it returns.

Where can I have my canvas finished?

We recommend working with your local needlepoint store for finishing. If one isn’t available, many shops accept mailed-in pieces and offer access to expert finishers.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders ship within 5-10 business days. We are unable to accommodate expedited shipping at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping within the United States only.

Do you offer returns?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is any issue or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away.
